Our application process is designed to be straightforward and accessible. Here's how it works.
Start by submitting a Letter of Interest (LOI) through the Consortium's online grant portal. LOIs are typically reviewed within three weeks of submission.

The board meets quarterly (March, June, September, December) to review applications and award grants.
